The students of Vagdevi Vilas School ,Varthur astounded everyone through their commendable performance and sportsmen spirit. It was indeed heartening to see our young athletes embrace the opportunity to deliver their best.
The students once again showcased their agility and strength by participating in various Inter school Sports meet held in the month of August at Vahe Global School , Devamatha Central School and SKEI .
Our students have bagged First prize in
- Shotput ( under 14 girls)
- Long jump ( under 14 girls & under 16 boys)
- High jump (under 16 boys)
- Band display .
They bagged Second prize in
- Running race ( 100mts U 12 girls ,200mts U14 girls, 400mts U 14 boys)
- Long jump (under 14 )
- Relay race (under 14 girls and under 16 boys)
- Shotput (under 12 boys and under16 girls)
- Kho Kho ( under 17 boys )
Also, they bagged Third prize in
- Running race(100mts U 12 girls and 200mts U 14 girls )
- Shot put(U 12 boys,U14 girls
- Long Jump(U 12 boys,U14 girls and boys)
- Discus Throw.
